Cooling, But I don't Mean the Weather

It has taken me about an hour to "cool down".  I thought breakfast service was bad last Sunday, and even wrote an entry about it.

But today it was worse. 

I'll be all right... eventually.

    WOW! it must have really been bad today if it was worse than last Sunday. Maybe you residents should demand a refund of some kind for bad service. Helen

    Can you call Ombudsman? they will do an investigation and make things right.
