!@#$%^ My Tooklbar is Gone - AGAIN

NOTE TO AOL. My toolbar has been erased Again. I simply cannot understand it, and you do not explain it to me. I am one of the fools who still pay $24.95 a month for service you are offering free to some people, but you cannot tell me why my tool bar disappears.

  Why,Sob, can't I have a tool bar that I can trust.  It is difficult to reconstruct it time after time. At least tell me why it crashes.

    have you phoned them and VOICED your complaints? If not, let me know and I will try to help you find the number if you want! I hate it when stuff does not work right!

    I still pay as well and I can't even create a journal...it won't save what I write! Not sure why I continue the service really.

    I have lost things on my toolbar and have turned my computer off and it on again and they re-appeared.  I, too, pay for service.  Maybe we are fools.  Love, Val xox

    Hi Chuck.  I too still pay 24.95 a month.  I too have lost my toolbar a while back.  Tried everything.  I UNinstalled AOL and re-installed it and it worked.    Marlene
