One of a Kind

Going through the holiday food ads, and using our Handy-Dandy Pocket Calculators, we can find the price of ONE of the items that come packaged in boxes or packs. Since we so rarely buy  just one, we may forget what one most nearly costs. Here are a few from the specials found in my junk mail.  Slide your cursor over the answer to reveal it.

    prices seem cheap when you put it that way. hopefully your journal entries will operate like they use to real soon. You also are making me hungry

    Last time I ordered a mixed drink from anywhere was much more expensive that the total cost.  If I remember correctly, I think it was about $3 or $4....  Now I know why I don't go out anymore... ho hum, boring I know....  Jackie

    It sounds rather cheap when you put it that way.  Shame it adds up at the register though.  :-)  I always seem to pay so much money for food, and then I look and say "What did I buy? I didn't buy THAT much."  :-)
