Too Easy
A friend used my Gospel Quiz at Bible Study. These seniors know their stuff. They got them all right with the exception of the one that asks where the River Jordan flows. They mostly guessed Mediteranean, but it was the Dead Sea I am sure.

It is the Dead Sea, which has no known outlet and lies 400 feet below sea level at the bottom of the Great Rift Valley. I had to look it up, but that was fun. ;)
I saw a documentary on PBS about the Dead Sea and the water that usually flows to it is being cut off and used before it gets there. The banks are receding and it is a vacation spot so tourism is affected. I have been entering my reference about the day of crucifixtion into word. I wanted to let you read it and will send it to you if you might be interested. I enjoy reading about how the Bible developed in the several first centuries. mark
