Dream Depository

My entrybelow, called Nightmare, stirred a little interest in dreams.  I wonder if, somewhere on the internet there is a Dream Depository.

Is there a place you can drop in on a morning and relate your dreams. I think it is fun to share mine. It would be fun to read each morning what people dreamed about last night. It could be arranged so that screen names did not appear, and only "Dreamname" would identify contributors.

I think  I would start one if I knew how.

That does sound like a really good idea...Especially for those people who put alot of thoughts into their dreams.

I'd be very interested in hearing about other people's dreams.  I think that's a great idea.  I have no idea how to go about it though.  :-)

Sounds like fun but i don't dream very often. Does that mean there is something wrong with me? Or does that mean that I am well adjusted. lol Paula

have you ever had a reoccuring dream?  I did.. from when i was young until i'm guessing, in my 40's there was one dream that repeated (not every night, just now and then) and it was always the same...

I have learned ALOT about myself from my dreams.  I know you said you don't believe in dream symbols, but I do!  I have bought a couple of books, and oh my!!  I have been able to figure out some long-standing problems in my psyche as well as been able to figure out some things that were bothering me that I did not know were in my "awake life" from reading my dream books and analyzing my dreams.  I find that we tend to dream about what is bothering us during the day ALOT.  We get it out!  In rich symbols.  We also just dream about things we see and nothing at all, but most dreams mean something.  I think also, that only WE can interpret our own dreams.   I bet there is a dream depository somewhere.  Wondering...
